Puppy Application Form
We want to help you pick out a puppy who will best fit the needs and desires of your family, as well as ensure that our puppies will be going to a loving, forever home. By filling out this application, you will assist us in knowing what you are looking for in a puppy, and what kind of environment the puppy will be going into. When the puppies are 6 weeks old, we are better able to determine their color, potential adult weight, coat, and personality. At that time we allow the people on the wait list to choose their puppy in order that the deposits are received per litter. Before that time, we have pictures on our website so that you can be viewing the puppies as they grow and learning about each of them. Due to parvo-virus and other diseases such as that, we can only allow people that have made deposits to come and see the puppies after they have had their first shots. This is for the safety of all of our puppies and parents.
SC Residents pay 6% tax
Important: This application is not a puppy reservation. You secure a spot on our waitlist when we receive your reservation fee. After submitting this application, you may place your $500 non-refundable reservation via Paypal or credit card.
